The firm
Broken Branch Studio finds the problems on a small-business website, proves them, rebuilds the site, and keeps it from slipping. The audit comes first. The full read follows if the work continues.
A business should be findable when someone goes looking, and the site should hold that person long enough to call, visit, or book. When it does not, the loss is quiet.
The audit makes the problem visible and checkable. The rebuild corrects it. The care plan keeps it from coming back.
The founder
Phil Garner is Founder & President of Broken Branch Studio, based in Perry, Georgia.
His work has always been about quality that holds — the kind that produces growth instead of a short burst of activity.
He spent more than a decade in leadership inside senior living. Under his leadership, his team earned national recognition, including Joint Commission accreditation and a national quality award.
Before that, he led multi-unit restaurant operations. Earlier in his career he worked in sales, marketing, and advertising. He holds a BBA in Marketing. He has built websites and shipped software.
The pattern is consistent: find what is actually failing, rebuild it to a standard, and keep it from slipping.
He founded Broken Branch Studio after watching too many good local businesses rely on thin, outdated, or barely acceptable websites. People looking for them either never found the site, or found it and left. The page did not hold them. It gave them a reason to choose someone else.
The company exists to find those problems, show them clearly, rebuild the site, and keep it from coming back.
He remains rooted here — Rotary, the Perry Chamber, and leadership roles with the Georgia Health Care Association.
