This website is published by Broken Branch Studio, LLC (“Broken Branch Studio,” “we,” “us”), Perry, Georgia.
These terms cover use of this website only. Paid project work and the care plan are governed by a separate written agreement. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship and does not start paid work.
What this site is for
The site explains how we look at underperforming websites, how to request a free audit, and how to reach us. Content is general information. It is not a diagnosis of every site, not legal advice, and not a promise of specific results.
Requests and audits
You may request an audit or send a message through the forms on this site. By doing so you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to ask us to look at the website URL you submit.
The free audit is based on public information about that site. We do not request logins. Findings are observations you can check yourself. They are not a legal opinion, not a claim about liability, and not a requirement that you hire us.
We may decline a request, including when a site does not show a specific, checkable problem worth writing up.
Paid work
If both sides decide to proceed after an audit, work begins only under a separate written agreement. Until that agreement is signed and any required deposit is received, we have no obligation to rebuild, host, or maintain a site.
Ownership of this site
The content, design, and marks on this website belong to Broken Branch Studio or our licensors. You may view and share pages for ordinary reference. You may not copy the site as a template, scrape it for reuse, or present our materials as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to send malware, automated bulk requests, false information, or content you have no right to send. Do not attempt to break into the site or the systems behind it.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
Broken Branch Studio is not liable for decisions made solely from information on these pages, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes about this website lies in the state or federal courts serving Houston County or Bibb County, Georgia, unless a signed client agreement says otherwise.
